Location was great for my needs. Hotel was quiet although being on a lower floor there was some outside noise. The rooms are not large, they are quite small, but they are comfortable.

Any phone in room to connect with reception and kitchen, kitchen 24 hours, location was good, and they served water dispencer at every floor
